ERICKA WALKER

Panel session b1: Prints and the political sphere

Erick Walker teaches studio coursework in printmaking as an assistant professor in the Fine Arts Division at the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design. She is a co-founding member of the Art+Activism@NSCAD Collective, and is a member of the Outlaw Printmakers. Walker's creative practice draws on the graphic media of late 19th and early 20th century, including propaganda, advertising, and ephemera. Her work has been included in numerous domestic and international exhibitions, as well as public, private, and teaching collections in Canada, the United States, Europe, and Asia.
